Corporate Group Photography

Corporate Group Photography

We specialize in large corporate group photos.

Location, Location Location

Location and Elevation are two huge factors in corporate group photography. If your location doesn’t have an awesome set of stairs, then the photographer must be elevated.

Elevation can be achieved from a 2nd floor balcony, a 12 foot ladder or a drone.

Lighting is Everything

Big Groups require Big Lighting, we have powerful lights allowing us to shoot at an optimal F-Stop to keep everyone in focus.

Be Prepared

Game Plan:

Have a “A Game Plan” and a “B Game Plan”. Share your plans with the hospitality staff at the venue. Hospitality professionals are an important ally to a photographer. They can confirm and reserve the space for the group photo is available at the designated time. They can also, arrange for raiser and chairs (if needed), and assist with crowd control.

Arrive Early:

I always arrive at least 45 minutes early to secure my space, set up lights and conduct several light tests.

Backup Equipment:

I learned many years ago, that photography equipment will eventually fail when you least expect it. “It’s Not If… It’s When”. Hoping and praying that nothing will ever fail during a photo-session is not only stressful, but a recipe for disaster. Backup camera, lens, sync cords, flash, power cords, etc. are a must.

Lead with Confidence:

You cannot rely on the attendees to arrange themselves. The group must be organized and arranged to create symmetry. The photographer must take charge of this group of executives, immediately. Lead with Confidence! A group will turn against you if they smell fear.
